How much does pickup cost?
It's free. Book a 30-minute appointment and pick up or drop off your boxes curbside at our Pompano Beach facility.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can set up a cancellation at any time online or through the app. When requesting a cancellation, you'll schedule two curbside appointments: one to retrieve your items from storage, and another to return the empty boxes.
What if I'm late for my appointment?
You have a 30-minute grace period from your scheduled time. If you can't make it within that window, you'll need to book a new appointment.
